Final Fantasty
Sometimes I find moments in songs that blow me away. It’s always the way someone sings a certain note. This is my newest find, Final Fantasy, aka Owen Pallett. His song “This is the Dream of Win & Regine” is incredible. And though my favorite moment isn’t until the very end of the song, it’s worth the wait. He starts quietly singing “I tried and tried and tried and tried and tried and tried to keep the crowds” and then belts out “away!” It’s incredible. I love it, gives me chills. Especially because you don’t see it coming. I can’t to listen to more of this guy.
It’s really too bad he’s wearing that ridiculous hat.
